Hi, I’m Chloé!
My journey in the UK began over a decade ago when I first moved here, quickly falling in love with the vibrant British culture. However, 2021 brought a pivotal moment; I returned to France to be closer to my family and I decided to finally pursue my lifelong dream.
I moved to the historic city of Rouen to train at the prestigious INBP (Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie). Graduating in 2022 was a turning point—it wasn't just about the diploma but about mastering the rigorous "savoir-faire" and the essence of French pastry.
After returning to my adopted home in 2024 and settling in South Birmingham, I spent time perfecting my recipes and preparing for the next chapter. Today, in 2026, I am beyond thrilled to officially open the doors of Chloé Micro Bakery.
While I enjoy the technicality of all French pastries, my favourite one remains the Flan Pâtissier. To me, it is the ultimate expression of indulgence and elegance—a creamy texture and golden crust - truly a masterpiece that requires absolute precision.
